Emotion X Phases
The mixtures of two of the simplest yet trickiest words or events. Someone might claim to me that emotion isn't an event, well emotion is associated with an event of bodily reactions that are activated through the hormones released by the brain. And phase itself is a period that can be defined as an event. (NOTE: The definition of phase in this blog is all the different feeling based phases for example- happy phase, sad phase, motivated phase, depressional phase, etc. Also the actual different phases of life are talked about in some parts of the blog.) But, leaving the biological and psychological meanings aside, it's the point where we discuss the association between emotion and phase (emotions x phases).
Emotion changes through different phases of life. A phase change is a change in emotion sometimes or vice versa. These emotions x phases are way different for each person.
Situation1
Start of a new phase due to altered emotion. (when emotion affects phase)
When the emotions are altered due to some sudden shock or gradual pile-up of mistakes and regrets, it affects that period of your life. Some sudden shock might be related to a major change in life or something that might trigger you up. This leads to a new analysis about life and how to come out or handle that shock. The gradual pile of mistakes might be related to something that you have been unseeing for a long time and all of that makes you slowly and slowly drain over your head and might cause all your energy to be focused on the same. These two facts might lead to a huge mark in your life. The mark might be negative but, it can be turned positive by taking it in more “lessons of life sense”. Also not to forget that all these emotions, as well as phases, might be positive too.
Situation 2
A new emotion due to a new phase. (when phase affects emotion)
Sometimes the phases are determined. Like for someone going into puberty, might affect his/her emotions in a more teenage way by giving them mood swings and anxieties sometimes. So that new phase leads them into a whole lot more emotions. Also, the undetermined phases, like coming off a new big life-changing thing/phase, for example, an exam or a big opportunity. These all mixed feelings filled emotions can last for a while. A while long enough to make a whole ‘that emotion-filled particular phase’.
So, that was my whole thinking and idea behind the topic ‘emotions x phases’. Other than that I figured out that ‘phase out’ also has a slang meaning which means to ‘stop doing something. So I would like to add that the emotions might as well lead one to phase out.
