Past, Present and Future
Usually balancing the work into past, present, and future might be difficult. The workload and classification make it more tricky. The past, present and future funda doesn't only apply to a job or work it also applies to every aspect of life from education to relationships to everything.
When we talk about this particular topic people usually have 2 opinions of balancing present work, and past deeds in comparison for a better future.
1. To improve the past and go for future
2. To forget the past and strive for future
1. To improve past and go for future
At once it feels so right and so true. firstly to shape past deeds and then to hop in future. past deeds will make you motivated and will give you a better idea of the work. Past cannot be completely forgotten because that's what guides us and motivates us and gives us a sense of the very start or from where we have come all the long way of hard work. Coming from nothing, striving for everything does not make sense.
But, at the same time clearing up the past will pile up leftovers of the present and will again become a pending past. Which seems compelling past forever and never really living in the present.
2. Forget the past and strive for future
Well, it might sound like an immature idea to forget the past and past jobs just to deal with the present. But, if we look at it the other way it makes so much more sense. To frame the past to guide and motivate us to work hard in present and not pile up the job seems so reasonable. working in the present to shape the future (I would add working hard) makes the job successful and sets up an example of self-trust. It also sets up an example of a pending pass and not repeating it, which helps us to judge our parts for the future.
Well now, these are just two sides of a coin. It is up to us to decide which one is more appropriate for you at that particular moment. I would say forgetting the past totally is not a solution. It is more of running off from the reality moreover more appropriate thing for me is to grab it as an experience and move on
Keeping the past in mind, being in present, striving for the future and completing the past if necessary makes so much more.
